THIS IS A 29 DAY RENTAL ONLY BETWEEN DECEMBER 15TH AN JANUARY 31ST. Any consecutive 29 days during this period. Owner looking for a maximum of two people. Owner will provide the closet in the second bedroom along with a dresser for the Occupants clothing. Owner will NOT be in residence during this time period. Rent includes electric, cable TV, internet, and tourist tax. Building amenities include clubroom, fitness center, sauna, media center, business center, billiard room, valet, boardroom, beach chair and towel service (pool is currently under renovation).
